As in my previous review, everything was handled with tact, respect and dignity. And again, Bob was not sickeningly sweet or overly deferential to the family members. He could judge very well what could and what couldn't be handled by various people as he explained everything. Let me say that if you need to use this service, do NOT freak out at what you are going through and how it will be handled. Wait until your first appointment with (Bob). You can then relax a little bit when you know exactly what you are dealing with. He will take you through everything step by step. The financial advice is golden nuggets of information. There is a lot going through your mind when everything starts to happen, especially if you don't have a lot of money. Just breathe.\r

Financially everything was doable. There were various options available and (Bob) would explain and re-explain until we understood everything. He knows how difficult everything is.\r

One last thing, they're fairly technically savvy, so if you want to Skype a service or e-mail photos, they can handle that kind of stuff.\r

I intend to go to Myers - Buhrig again. I can make that decision easily and with confidence. Hopefully I won't need to for a long while. --- Donna W.\r
