We have only been with Unruh for our Fleet service for a few months. They pick up the car, call us with estimate, fix it, we pay by phone and they bring it back to us. It is great to have an automotive company with great customer service. So far we are very very pleased. more

Good Service, but reliable? 5/13/2013

I've been there three times so far and have been pretty pleased with the friendly customer service and quality maintenance but this last time a belt was replaced without my consent. They tried to call, but by the time I got back to them about 15 minutes later, the deed had been done. Apparently, it needed replaced, so I trusted them with that, but still wasn't pleased with an unexpected $50 added to the cost. more

Fast Friendly Service 5/6/2013

First visit and came in without an appointment for a oil change. I was able to get right in and everyone was very helpful as well as worked together to finish my vehicle instead of one mechanic working while two other sat around watching. more

Most everything was fine 4/24/2013

Fixed car in one day and picked me up from work 4/7/2013

I had a pleasant experience with unruh automotive and my car is working great. It is not shaking or losing power as it was before. I plan to take all my cars to unruh automotive. Im glad my son Joshua Wills referred me to them and hope he will get a discount next time he goes there for his truck repairs. more
