Persistence in face of serious problem 3/15/2014

Afterundertaking what appeared to be a fairly routine problem (air diverter) the problem proved to be anything but because the manufacturer had changed everthing about the system since the PU was made. However, the staff worked hard and continued to attack the issue until the problem appears to be complete resolved. The expense was more than anyone expected, but under the circumstances, not objectionable considering the amount of time and energy expended. more

Great Service, Reasonable Prices, Good Customer Relations 10/18/2013

This is the latest of several repairs that the shop has done for us. This one required a trip to our home to retrieve the car since the gear shift had gone out. The repair and time was very much within reason. The labor was well within the expectations for this type of repair. We will continue to use Auto MD for our car/pu repairs. more
