Had a terrible experience. After buying tickets online (grossly over priced). Charged $95 for 2 tickets worth $11.90 and printed them form "ticketmaster.com" and shipped them. Spoke with "owner," Malcom about some issues I had with the tickets and he was a total A**hole. Made insulting comments about me and would not help negotiate or sort out the issue. I would not use them if I were you and I will not be using them ever. I have filed a complaint with BBB which they have stated will be held on file at BBB Houston. more

Good customer service 12/5/2011

Got tickets for Texans-Falcons game. Was skeptical about buying tickets from a ticket broker just from things I heard. These guys were exact opposite of that though and was refreshing to talk to a company with good customer service. They got me tickets fourth row near 40 yard line and was absolutely great talking to. Will be using these guys for now on. more

Amazing Rodeo Seats 1/10/2011

We bought our Houston Rodeo tickets from MyTicketIn.com and were able to get amazing seats - and we didn't have to buy the entire season! We just bought the tickets to the one show we want to attend. Looking forward to it, thank you MyTicketIn more

Ticket Broker 9/9/2009

We used MyTicketIn.com to get some field level seats for an Astros game last week. We are not season ticket holders but wanted to take some family to the game. Everything went very smooth and we had a blast. more
