I absolutely loved everything about MWS. I traveled from NJ to the Bronx, and will continue to do so once a week to live a healthier lifestyle. I did their cleanse last month which was awesome b/c there was an amazing online support group and I did everything from the comfort of home. I definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking to do a short term cleanser with long term results. \r \r I also did a follow up to the cleanse by having my first colonic, and to spare you the details.. it was amazing! I'm not a person that writes reviews, but I must say that my experience at My Wellness Solutions is always great. My visits started a few years ago when my wife booked a facial for me and now all I want for my birthday is a facial at MWS. I wish my schedule would allow me to go there more often because they are amazing. The service, facility, products and staff are all outstanding. I can't stop singing the praises of My Wellness Solutions. After years of attempting to cure my hormonal acne issues with expensive dermatologist visits, chemical peels, every topical product you can name, and antibiotics, I, and my pockets, grew tired of not finding a lasting solution. I ventured to My Wellness Solution to seek out ways to cure holistically, despite my dermatologist's suggestion that there is no connection between diet and acne. \r \r Naturally, as I've been on this journey for 5 years, I was skeptical that I would see any improvement, but I'm happy to report that I'm over the moon pleased with the results so far. My experience at the spa was top notch. The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable about not only acne treatments, but ways to live a holistically healthy life. \r \r My aesthetician Berta is a miracle worker! After only 2 acne facial sessions (which I got during a 2 for 1 promotion-SCORE!) I have seen vast improvements in my skin. I've done acupuncture, AZ Shape fat cavitation, and colonics at MWS. First off, I really like the staff at MWS. They never tried to hard sell me on anything. The acupuncture (done with Lorna) really helped relieve a lot of pain in my upper back that massage never could totally get rid of. The colonics (done with Lorna) was a cool experience, although I unfortunately didn't experience a flatter stomach like some say, I definitely felt lighter. I thought it was going to be super uncomfy but it wasn't that bad at all. The AZ Shape fat cavitation is my FAVORITE. I did 3 sessions, and lost 3 inches off my waist. My shape looks great. Paired with healthy eating habits and moderate exercise, I lost about 7 pounds with this program and honestly it seems to have all come off my stomach and back (the areas I targeted) which I love. Definitely a place to check out. more

I'd say the service is great and the stuff is so nice friendly but at the same time very professional! I just finished today my serie of 10 cavitation/az shape on my legs and I'm very pleased with the results, cellulite looks visibly diminished, skin is smoother and I also lost a few inches! Awesomeeeee! I'll go back very soon to do the sudatonic slimming session which I'm in love with! All of their slimming services work really great if you eat right and exercise so don't forget to do your part too;) \r I highly recommend them! more

Let me begin with how amazing the staff is and very supportive of your personal needs. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. They are not your typical business. You could tell them your aches and pain and they will explain the reasons for the aches. I was surprised how much I learned from them. I actually learned how to eat healthier and treat my body properly not just outside but inside. I did the Sudatonic slimming session which is extremely HOT but it works 100% ONLY & ONLY if you eat right and exercise. It was worth my money because you feel refreshed and most important RELAX. Did I lose weight? YES I DID. Not just weight but most important inches from stubborn areas which is the thighs, buttocks and definitely stomach. It feels as if you were in the gym for hours and the massage afterwards is amazing!! I also did colonic which is a little discomfort but the specialist will speak to you and you will forget why you’re even there lol…. I would go back to this center and will recommend it to my friends. And once you’re a customer you will always BE A CUSTOMER!!! Can’t wait to go back =D more

I am in love. I decided to do a full body detox after much research to try and get back control of my life. None of my friends were really digging the idea so i had to go it alone. The women i have met here are so supportive of my goals for my health and wellbeing. They arent pushy, mean, or judgemental. They are in it for you and with you. And that includes not only the practitioners but also the front of desk too. First visit was uncomfortable at first because i was embarking in colonics ionic footbaths infared saunas and things pretty foreign to me. But everyone made it very relaxed explained what was happening and what to do next. I dont have health insurance anymore... but with the help of these ladies i shouldnt be too worried about it. Im feeling more energetic, havent been getting sick, and look great! Go for you and your health! more

Expectacular Customer Service! 1/16/2012

I have been serviced by MyWellnessSolutions for over a month now and I continue to return specifically because the service is effective! From the front desk manager to the service providers, I come out of their space feeling lighter, clean and just relaxed! Not only are they extremely organized with everything but the staff are very welcoming, considerate and down to earth. I have already reccomended a few of my friends for their great services including their colon-hydrotherapy and ionic footbath! Keep up the great work and awesome hospitality! more

Beware of the Ultra Cavitation 12/11/2011

I just wanted to warn any potential customers that were looking to slim down and got sucked into the idea of having ""lipo without surgery"" by purchasing the ultra cavitation package. Don't do it. It's really a waste of money. I tried doing research on it but since it's fairly new, there wasn't much I could find so I went ahead and purchased the package. It's all a gimmick. A very expensive gimmick. Looking back it upsets me because the entire time the staff is saying how wonderful you look and how the machine actually works when it really doesn't. Don't let them fool you. more

i originally came in a few months ago for a colonic and totally fell in love with the place. just cant stop going back.The setting and atmosphere provide a sense of peace and tranquility. The staff are very friendly and professional and do everything possible to make you feel at home. I've tried several of their services from colonic, to massages, sauna, wraps and i have to say the staff truly tries their best to help you reach your goals in a natural healthy way. i have no reservations in recommending this locale. more

Heaven on Earth 7/25/2011

My Wellness Solutions is something i would describe as heaven on earth. I've come here since they've opened and will continue coming for god knows how long. I currently come here to get my slimming procedure done (which i would recommend to anyone looking to lose at least 1 cm in the matter of 1 session!!) ,and take advantage of other wonderful treatments they have like the lymphatic drainage (which i would call a massage :-) ) and the UVA sauna. The moment i walk in i'm automatically relaxed, the employees are so very nice and admirable, the location is perfect !!, So all you ladies looking to slim down or even live a healthier life i would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone!!! more

This place is fantastic! The services they offer/provide are so necessary for the community in which it's located. I am currently doing the (2 week) detox program and my skin is looking great after less than one week. I did the ionic foot detox (awesome!!!) - am going to do the UVA Sauna this week and look forward to building a deeper relationship with this wonderful place! I would recommend it to ALL!!! more

A NEW ME 6/3/2011

What a blessing this place has been for me in a matter of only 3 sessions. My daughter out of nowhere says Mommy you are soooo pretty.Mind you this is immediately following a Lymphatic message therapy & an Infared sauna treatment. So here I am thinking I am a hot mess....no make up Hot & tired...cuz I walked home. My daughter was able to see my natural GLOW coming forward & this with only 2 treatments....My 1st treatment started me on a 14day cleanse...got me EXTREMELY REGULAR...followed by a hydrotherapy colon & foot detox....which by the way I was energized & lighter the same day......I see A NEW ME emerging & I can't wait....I literally RUN to this spa when time comes for an appointment date. The staff is exceptional. The atmosphere puts you in the Carribean (although you are still in the bronx). needless to say I am ahappy camper. Might I add that the prices ARE AFFORDABLE!!!!!! more
