I have been visiting the spa since shortly after the opening. The service was outstanding and the technicians are knowledgeable. They not only perform the service but educate you on how to maintain. The Bistro is GREAT.., Decor, Ambiance, Sounds all play the right part in my experience. I got the vibe when i first entered. Oh, and im a man who loves to be relax from time to time. I am a bride getting married on July 4th and could not find anyone to help me with hair and make-up. I have been coming to this spa for a few months and could not believe they opened up just for me and my bridesmaid on a holiday. They treated us like royalty and never complained about working on an off day. Our hair and make-up were beautiful and their team had us on time every step of the way. I want to thank Felecia and Meka for making this happen. I will never forget their kindness. more

I have been going to My Spa My Way for more than 2 years and I travel as a consultant and visit many salons and spas. If you are not accustomed to spa etiquette then this is not the place for you. They try keep you on time, have you watch the loudness in your voice and the relaxation room is just that, relaxing not visiting. I travel to Shreveport at least 2-3 times a month and never miss an opportunity to visit. Last but not least, don't forget to order from the bistro. I have had everything on there and still have had nothing bad. This place is true professionalism at it's best in every department hair, skin and nails. I've had it all. more

I WAS THERE SATURDAY FOR A PARTY AND STEVEN, (THE CHEF), WAS WONDERFUL...HE PREPARED THE SPA CUISINE AND IT WAS PERFECT....EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK FOR ANYTHING.... This was my first time going to My Spa My Way. I had my hair cut and styled by Meka Bennett. She is by far the best and most competent hair stylist I have been to, especially here in the Bossier-Shreveport area. I am a bit sad that I will be moving away from this area in a couple of months, since I just found Meka and she is amazing. My hair is normally thick and dense, but she made it look great! I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff was also very friendly, and I am definitely going back for a trim before I move away. I have been to many spas but this place is one that everybody must visit when in Shreveport. The staff was very friendly and professional, I want to bring them all home with me. I had an express massage from Charles and he was Great! my facial was done by Barbara and she was wonderful, Meka put on my eyelashes and when I got out of her chair I looked like a movie star. The food was to die for and the ambiance was very relaxing. Go and see for yourself, you will enjoy! more

This spa has not been open too long in the area but has really taken off. My experience was great. I had a wonderful and relaxing massage from a professional and competent licensed therapist. My day also included a manicure and pedicure of which I enjoyed while sipping a fresh fruit and yogurt smoothie. The lunch was a grilled chicken salad with blue cheese and strawberries. It was served in a comfortable room that was utilized as a quiet transition space between services. My final treat was a facial that was relaxing and highly enjoyable. All of the staff was friendly and ready to assist. The atmosphere is quiet and calm with minimal noise from other rooms or the outside. I loved the sevices and the price seemed reasonable. I liked the fact that a quiet place seven as a transition room rather than waiting in a loud foyer or nearby one. This is an exceptional place. more
