was not pleased 2/20/2008

I visited My Second Home to get a good look at the facility before boarding my dogs there. I was waiting in the lobby to take a tour and was very displeased to see an animal being admitted with out the correct vaccinations. I turned and walked out. I am not comfortable taking my dogs anywhere they might get sick. more

I LOVE MY SECOND HOME 2/9/2008

I have been to My 2nd Home about 150 times over the years. I have never had a bad experience.The front desk staff is wonderful and the "pet care techs" as they call them. Will do anything to make your stay better! In fact my dog got sick while she was there.... The techs called me right away to let me know what was going on! I was out of the country. So they couldn't get ahold of me. They took my dog to the vet and kept calling to let me know how she was doing and what was wrong with her! The entire staff really know how to take care of your family! I have finally found a place that my dog loves to go for daycare, boarding, grooming and everything! more

We love My Second Home 12/30/2007

We have taken our precious pets to My Second Home since they opened. Because we travel quite a bit, we have used this wonderful place on at least 40 occasions for boarding and grooming. The building and pet accomodations are tops, and the staff is very friendly and always helpful. The place is always clean as a whistle, and our dogs tug to get in the door! This says a lot about how much they enjoy coming, and they are always returned clean and happy. Pros: Great care for our family pets and super staff Cons: Wished they offered pick up and delivery more

Great Kennel for Pets 7/16/2006

My Second Home truly is a second home to your pets. They treat them like their own pets. The offer day and overnight boarding, grooming, and playtime. They have a clean facility and the people who work here clearly love their job. more

Highly recommended pet resort 4/25/2006

When I went out of town I left my cat at My Second Home in Franklin, TN. This is the nicest pet resort I've ever seen. Their facilities are first class! My cat didn't want to leave, and who can blame him? more
