Awesome Hair Salon in Hyannis! 3/26/2014

I love this place! It is so cozy! The people are friendly and I LOVE MY HAIR! \r \r My stylist's name was Jessica. She did a fantastic job. \r \r The salon itself was great. Other passing stylists even stopped to support color decisions and cut ideas. The staff acted as if we had known each other for a long time. I really enjoyed the experience. I thought the place was convenient (close to the Mall, but not in it), clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Jessica. She did a great job. Together we picked out a color I was so happy with and have gotten tons of compliments on both my cut and color!\r \r People were so fun to chat with, I might just go for my first manicure just to hang out! Pros: Cozy, Clean, Convenient, Comfortable Cons: None that I can think of! more

Cape Cod My Solon & Spa Hyannis 5/11/2012

This is the best solon by far......staff are very friendly. and my stylist is Jessica. She is great and does a great job...I am very pleased. After searching for many years for a solon that I was pleased with, this is by far the best. I highly recommend My Solon & Spa....Hyannis more

Outstanding Salon and Service 5/3/2012

Tucked away on an easy to find street just behind the Cape Cod Mall, My Salon & Spa is a terrific discovery. The salon itself is large, light, and airy without the frenetic feel of many other salons offering a wide range of services. Since relocating back to the Cape a couple of years ago, I had tried a number of hair stylists but definitely found the consistently best hair cut and styling from Jessica. She and the salon are a real find, offering excellent service, competitive pricing, and an easy to reach location -- all in all, an outstanding salon to get to know! more

THE best waxing service! You REALLY should try it!! 6/29/2011

I just went for the first time since moving to the Cape to My Salon and Spa for a bikini and face wax by Mila. IF you have any doubts, concerns or worries about feeling embarrassed...forget them and just go! Mila is a true professional and you can't help but feel like she has been your friend for years ... I am in my mid twenties and she must be in her 60's but you would never know it! I was a little worried about the location of the spa (behind the Mall) but inside is gorgeous and all the staff was friendly and professional. I have gone to spa's in NYC and Newbury St Boston for waxing before moving here...Mila blows them away! After the bikini wax I can go straight to the beach, there is no redness or bumps! I have very light facial hair, kinda like peach fuzz, but it's annoying and embarrassing...Mila takes it all away and does the best eyebrow wax I have ever had! SHE is the best kept secret here on Cape Cod!! more

Just went for 2nd visit with Mila and fiirst was no fluke. Visits at My Salon for waxing are top notch. No secret we men are kinda babies, was not sure how painful this would be the first time but not a concern anymore. \r No pain, fantastic experience. Highly recommend. more

Only one person to see for waxing...MILA 12/15/2009

Mila is fantastic. I started going to her years ago and follow her wherever she might go. \r \r She is gentle and a pro at what she does. When you leave her you will feel and look like a million bucks. \r \r Once you find yourself at her service you will never ever use anyone else.\r \r She is a joy! Pros: Affordable, exceptional service, friendly atmosphere, kind Cons: can't think of one single thing! more

I will only go to My Salon and Spa to have my waxing done my Mila. She is very kind and uses the best natural beeswax. Mila does not rush and her dedication shows in her work. I reccomend her to anyone and everyone for waxing! Pros: the best wax in town more

Mila takes great pains to remove any hair she finds,,,and believe me she finds plenty... ears, nose, back....no hair has a chance with her...She is not only thorough but charming too!!!! Pros: best salon on cape more

Best brow and bikini wax on Cape 3/29/2009

The salon is clean, warm feeling and everyone is extremely friendly. I came to the salon specifically for Mila who is amazing at what she does. From brows to bikini's and everything in between, she takes her time to make sure it is done right. She knows what she is doing--especially when it comes to shaping brows. I cannot recommend one stylist over another as they are all good. Pros: Right off Route 28 near Cape Cod Mall Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Wonderful Salon 3/29/2009

I have just started going to ths salon 3 months ago. I went originaly for the waxing person Mila. She is incredible. When you ask Mila for a wax she makes sure there is not one hair left in the area you want waxed. She is kind and the best in her field.\r I got my hair done by Melissa after having such a wonderful experience with Mila. She did such a wonderful job I have decided to leave my current hairdresser and continue with Melissa. I never thought I would be this happy at another salon but I am.\r Thank you My Salon for standing by your name. It is the perfect name for your business because you do feel like it is your salon. \r \r If you want the best My Salon is the place to go Pros: Best wax person in the industry more

Excellent Ambiance 3/15/2009

The salon is very bright and airy. For the first time in ages, it is a salon that does not reek of styling chemicals when you enter. The work areas for each stylist are not on top of each other like most salons these days. The rooms for massage and facials/waxing are well decorated and comfortable. \r \r The prices for waxing are competitive for the area and Mila is the best! The stylists are very friendly and welcoming. Recently moved to the cape and tried many salons in the past two years and did not care for them; glad I finally found this one! Excellent Salon! 11/6/2008

I highly recommend this salon. I get my hair cut all the time by Jessica - she does a GREAT job, and she is very nice, and makes me feel pampered. Actually, everyone there is very nice! I've convinced my boyfriend to see Jessica for his haircuts, and now she cuts his hair all the time too! The prices are very reasonable as well. Five stars!!! more

I drive down from Boston just to get my hair colored by Jessica! She's fantastic. She really listens and talks me through everything she's doing. Not to mention, the ambiance is so welcoming and cozy. I could spend all day there! more

Thorough and professional service. 10/7/2008

My Salon and Spa was a great find when I was trying to replace the trusted one from my previous hometown. This salon uses a product line I was looking for ( Redken) and I was told they also offer other lines as well. The salon is light and airy, with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. No loud chatter or pushing to try their services. My cut and color was done very well in a non-rushed manner with personal attention to my concerns. My hair is just what I wanted and I didn't feel the need to come home and 'fix' it! Pros: All pros concerning the service I received. Cons: Cost of the service was higher than I have previously experienced . more

I have never received so many compliments on my hair until I was told about the salon. My husband even noticed! I love the way my hair looks and feels. This will be my 5th visit and already a couple of my friends go there. I had to tell them how nice the salon was and how talented my stylist Melissa is.
