I had called several plumbers in an effort to get someone out to snake my shower tub drain, but they were either too expensive or just sounded flaky (funny how you can tell that over the phone). After happening upon the positive reviews on Yelp, I called & spoke with Warren, and he came out the next morning at 7am. He was punctual, polite, neat in his work, and had the job done in about 15 minutes. I no longer have to take military showers, and I know who I'll be calling the next time we have a plumbing issue. more

Honest, professional and helpful plumbers! My mom reported to me that the guest house bathtub drain was clogged so I found these guys on Yelp. They came and immediately found that the bathtub wasn't clogged but the trip lever was up. Ugh...mother! However, this bathtub drain has had drain problems in the past, so they checked to see that everything was in good working condition. They roto rooted the drain and tightened the faucet handles that were leaking water. They also turned on the hot water heater AND even the wall heater in the living room. They're plumbers yes but they went the extra mile and I appreciated it. :) Because they were late, they only charged me $40 to come out. Much more affordable and friendly than Roto Rooter. I got a very reliable vibe from them. I will definitely be using them again in the future! more

Stopped up toilet - my landlord never called me back. I found these guys on yelp - they were here in an hour, took off their shoes before coming in and had everything cleared up in 15 minutes. The bill was $112, which I think is great for a Saturday night call and a one hour response time! more

Great Staff 11/2/2010

"We initially had a plumbing problem and we called Newton Plumbing because it was close to our house. Big mistake! They "temporarily" fixed the problem and quoted us for additional service. A few days later, same problem occurred at our house. I called Plumbing Doctor and Warren immediately came over and fixed the problem for a much more competitive price. He also made additional inspections around the house to make sure that the same issue doesn't happen again. James was great as well. Their staff was professional. Very courteous. I highly recommend them!" more

happy with the work 10/18/2010

We had a tub leaking into the condo below. The plumber we used previous charged us for something he did that took literally 2 minutes and didn't work at all. What a waste of money and time. So off to Yelp we went. Our plumber was on time, friendly, did a great job as well as keeping us rolling with laughter. I didn't know plumbers could be so entertaining. Forgot his name but he was quite the character. The charge was extremely reasonable. We are happy with the work. No leaking tub and we'll definitely call up these guys again. more

fair flat rate 10/8/2010

Warren has become the go-to plumber for the condo building I live in. We had a pipe burst in one of the walls of our underground garage, and he came out on short notice and gave us a fair flat rate for the repair. Residents in the building have used him a few times since then and he shows up on time (which is so rare with plumbers), is courteous, and does a great job for a fair price. more

I called them to install a drainage pipe on my new washing machine. they arrrived in 15 minutes. they did the job, pleasantly and neatly. would def use them again more

James diagnosed the problem and fixed my shower without even having to turn the water off. I also liked how he showed up promptly at the beginning of the two hour window so I didn't have to wait around. Very fair price too! more

Came out first thing 9/24/2010

I called and spoke with Warren, the owner, and he came out first thing the next morning. He was very professional in that he called to let me know when he was leaving for my place. He arrived with a helper and the first thing they did was attempt to unclog the toilet---AND THEY DID! Then they went underneath the house to see the condition of the pipes and told me that not only was there NO LEAKS, but the pipes were not corroded and didn't need to be replaced anytime soon. Relief! Final price: $75. Needless to say, I will not be calling Red Lilly ever again. My Plumbing Doctor will be my primary plumbing physician. more

awesome awesome awesome!! I would definitely recommend these guys! family owned and really sweet. I got a great deal and they came quite quickly. put in a request at 11 at night, they called by 6:30am and were here by 9:45 which was awesome! they fixed the slow drain and my toilet (which was disgusting) and charged me a really really really reasonable price! more

in and out in a flash 9/16/2010

After my roommate dropped a bunch of Q-tips down the toilet and attempted to flush them down, we had a clog that vigorous plunging could not save us from. (Apparently, she thought it was "just paper" so it would wash away like TP, but ... it didn't.) I called My Plumbing Doctor and they were here in the time frame they specified, were in and out in a flash, and charged me the $89 they quoted. I am happy to put this plumbing problem in the past fairly painlessly. more

No hassle, quick 9/9/2010

we all hate shady car sales men, just like plumbers where they look at you (woman) and give you a quote for an outrageous price. or even better, tell you need a camera to see where the problem really is coming from and BAM, your out $300 bucks. Of course, our pipes decided to back up in the laundry room on a weekend at my business where it's the busiest time. so instead of calling them on a Saturday or Sunday, since most plumbers charge for EMERGENCY. We did our laundry at the local laundry mat and waited till today. I asked to be the first call at 8;00 AM., 8;03 they showed up. snaked the drain in 15 minutes and charged me 75.00 bucks. no hassle, quick and efficient and close by. more
