Best Place for Your Canine & Feline Friends! 1/17/2011

I recommend My Pet's Animal Hospital to everyone I know with pets. It's the only place I trust to care for my 3 dogs and 2 cats. I've been a client for almost 5 years. The staff is very loving and affectionate towards my pets and the hospital is always CLEAN. The prices are fantastic.....very good value! They always take the time to explain things to me and never perform a test without my consent. They are my forever animal hospital!!!!!!!!\r . more

Excellent Vet!! 11/10/2010

With friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff, I have a wonderful experience every time we visit My Pet's Animal Hospital. I am greeted immediately upon entering the building each and every time, and my dog is treated like one of the vet's own. The doctors have always answered my questions, and worked with me regarding any problems I was having with my dog. Assistants and other staff members are very knowledgeable and eager to help in any way they can...I HIGHLY recommend!! more

Grooming gets an A++ 11/3/2010

The staff really do go above and beyond! We took our dog to be groomed at this location, and was so pleased with the result. We have taken him to several other grooming facilities in the West Knoxville area and not only did we have to pay double the cost, but it never failed that he would come home with skin irritations. Not only did Vickie give him a perfect cut, but they also removed some stitches from a previous surgery (done at an ER) that were suppossed to fall out and never did....free of charge. We will definately be coming back for all of our dogs grooming and because of the helpful and friendly staff we will be using them as our primary vet as well. \r Thanks so much My Pet's.\r \r more

I have been using My Pet's Animal Hospital since we moved to Louisville in July. I board my dog there frequently and have my dog and cat groomed there as well. I also take my pets there for vet services. I have been very pleased with the services provided! The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Sam does a good job of explaining things and giving my pets a through exam. The groomer always does an excellent job and is very reasonably priced. My dog always seems happy and well taken care of when I board her. They have great coupons and have a special card that you can earn points and get cash back! I highly recommend them! More than a vet, they are family 7/24/2009

we use the northsore location for all of our vetting needs, and alcoa for boarding and occasional grooming. we have 4 dogs and 3 kids, and travel alot, so we have used the boarding here moe than once! we love it! i dont feel bad when i have to make a choice on who is going to go and who is going to stay, because eather way they are a winner. i know they are getting just as much love and attention as they would get on the road with me, and sometimes i think they are getting more! my oldest schnauzer hates to leave when i come to pick him up! Pros: treat you like family, not a client Cons: have to drive, they need to put one on my side of town! LOL! more

excellent for pets! 6/29/2009

New to area and needed vaccines for older cat before bringing home a newly adopted cat. Older cat is shy but staff had no problems with her at all. Staff seemed very knowledgable, helpful, patient, kind, caring, and friendly. Building was spotless clean and fresh smelling. Will be taking new cat in for same check over. Recession help for your pets!!!! 6/25/2009

I understand, having been out of a job for 6 months now, that sometimes (although we may not want it) our pets see the short end of the stick when it comes to the money we have in our budget. Many people start skimping on vital shots and medication. But you don't have to ... we don't, even at only 1/2 the income we were making. Both Tink and Bella, are current on their shots. How? My Pets Animal Hospital ALWAYS has coupons out in the Mint Magazine. You can sign up for coupons to be mailed to you ... and you are not receiving ""coupon"" care when you go in, only the best. My Pets Animal Hospital is top-notch health care for your pets. Dr. Paige remembers my pets by NAMES ... and calls personally to make sure they are ok. I don't think you will find that anywhere else. I always recommend them to all of my pet owner friends, and they are crazy to go anywhere else. Pros: Fantastic Cons: No bad points more

Second Family for My Babies 6/20/2009

My dogs love the staff at My Pets so much we've accused them of getting the sniffles just to go visit! Every time we're there they know them by name and treat them like they would treat their own pets. Plus, the card they give you is good for $10 off after you spend $100, so we buy food and all there. When we moved here My Pets was closest and the first vet we visited, and we've never gone anywhere else. Our Black Lab / Irish Setter mix began having digestive problems that could have eventually required extensive bloodwork, as it came back persistently a few weeks after each round of antibiotics. Dr. Page hooked us up with an inexpensive probiotic supplement to try first that saved us a LOT of money - Ari has been a happy camper ever since with no more problems. A+ in my book! I've done business with My Pets since the day they came to town. They take good care of my poodle's health needs. We have used their boarding services many times. There is an effort to openly communicate about your pet's needs, and they are very open to feedback. I don't give perfect ratings, but they may be as close as you will get. Pros: Very Professional Cons: a bit expensive, but worth it. more

Great Service & Friendly Staff 6/9/2009

I was very impressed with the staff and vet at My Pet's Hospital in Alcoa. This was my first time visiting this vet. My cat was having a skin problem that I wanted an exam for and also needed its vaccinations. They vet was very friendly and gave me advice for treating his skin problem. She didn't try to push unnecessary test. I was very surprised when I called to make the appointment the receptionist told me I could print a coupon from their website to save on the cost of the vaccinations. It saved me about half on the visit. They didn't have to tell me about this coupon, but I really appreciated it. Pros: Friendly Helpful Vet more

The tech and doctor truly seemed to love their job. No problem when I explained that my cat sometimes likes to bite in play or leave me alone mode.
