Good deal 11/4/2011

In short... professional, very friendly, knowledgeable, and they get the work done in a timely manner. Just from looking around, it seems they are the best deal around. I took my Nissan Sentra and my wife's Camry in for some repairs/maintenance and was very pleased by their level of service. Kimberley (the owner) did a great job in keeping me in the loop with the repairs. Their prices were better than what was quoted to me by the dealership and by Car-X. Overall, I was very happy with them. more

I rarely write reviews; however, I think it is important to write one in this case because I am sure there will be many others, like myself, who are looking for a good car repair shop that doesn't make them feel like they are getting bent over every time they go. Honest 11/1/2011

I called last week because of a noise coming from my front wheel on my VW Golf. They told me to come in the same day around 1.30PM. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. An employee took my car for a test drive and told me that he could not hear any noise, so we both went together and again there was no noise. He explained to me that since I recently had changed the breaks and rotors on my car it could be that they had to be driven in first. I wanted to pay him for his time but he would not accept any money. I will definitely go back to My Mechanic if I should have any issues. He could have told me something different and done some repairs and charged me for something that I did not need, instead he was honest and sincere. more

They always do excellent work!!!! They never try to tell me I need additional work and always fix what I bring it in to get fixed. They are very honest!!! My whole family goes to My Mechanic!! more

Mine from now on 10/27/2011

It was fortuitous happenstance that I fell upon this car repair shop. I had been working in the city for TWO days when I got a flat tire and was towed to this little gas station solely because it was the closest repair shop. The guys at the shop were efficient, reasonably priced and so kind. They didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need, nor tell me that I had belts, alternators and tubes in need of unnecessary replacement. Six months later I got another flat tire on a different wheel and I handpicked this car repair shop... same thing... great service with all of the same kind people. I've just visited them for the third time due to a car battery issue and I can't help but feel the same feelings of devotion and loyalty. This is my permanent car repair shop. more

Took my truck to My Mechanic at 11am and it was done by 3pm with quite a few things that needed to be done to it. I was very happy that I had my truck back in time for my date that night! more

My mechanic is the only place I will ever bring any of my cars to be fixed. They are trustworthy and honest. Shop is clean and the front desk lady is so nice! My Mechanic has our family's business for a long time!! more

definitely recommend My Mechanic! 9/16/2011

I know a bit about cars, but not enough to do repairs, I was referred to My Mechanic by my brother and I also had done some research and figured what the best and worst case scenarios would be and how much those would cost. I ended up paying less than I thought I would to get my car fixed, they did such a great job of making me feel at ease and confident that they knew what they were doing. I got my car back super quickly and everything worked great. I would definitely recommend My Mechanic! more

My Mechanic is the best! Ladies (and men), if you're looking for a place to take your car where you can be sure you won't be pressured into making repairs that really aren't needed, go to My Mechanic. We've taken 4 vehicles there, and have been happy with all the work done to them. They will tell you honestly what needs to be done, their prices are reasonable and they always stay within the amount they quote you. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind. I tell everyone I know to go here for repairs, or even routine things like oil changes. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I tell everyone I know to go to My Mechanic! I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else! more
