DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am really just shocked and can't believe how many people are calling this guy honest. I am selling my car and brought it in with a prospective buyer. He told her there had been an accident in the last 3 months. What? The car has barely even been driven in the last 3 months, so I was completely surprised! I have no idea what his motivation was to lie and embarrass me by basically calling me a liar as if I am trying to scam someone. Maybe he's trying to sell her one of his cars? Absolute fraud. I've never experienced anything like this. I still can't believe I even have to write this! more

If you have a vehicle that no one can fix or the dealership wants to rob you blind on, I highly recommend Chad. I have had several cars with ghost issues, but the guys at My Mechanic always seem to find the answers. Chad is very to the point and does not cut corners. Audi to Zonda..these guys will fix your car!! more

Beware folks !!!!, CHAD is worst person, I heard about Chad and his arrogant nature and personally experienced it, He is by far most worst mechanic I have ever met on this planet, he doesn't have a sense of customer service and very bad behavior towards consumers. you better off going to somewhere else instead of being ripped off by him. I am seriously considering to report to bureau of consumer protection. I will update soon on the outcome more

BEST MECHANIC IN CARY: "MY MECHANIC" 1/3/2012

My Mechanic is the PRIMO automotive shop I've ever been in in my life. The whole atmosphere is very caring and warm and honest. They are detail-oriented in their work and customer service. Chad is the Best! 2/21/2010

Chad has taken care of us for a couple of years now. We have recommended him to all of our friends, all of whom have had equally incredible experiences. He is the only mechanic that I have ever met that I can really trust to take care of our cars, and know that he's not making unnecessary repairs. Pros: high integrity, great mechanic Cons: none more

AWESOME 6/7/2009

I have been using My Mechanic for over a year now. Chad is great to work with and gives discounts to law enforcement and military. He is courteous and professional and gets the job done in a timely fashion. I have also used him to rent Uhauls. My Mechanic is a great all around shop!! more
