First we 'tolerated' the fact that even though we had requested the same person each time (even changed our day from Thursday to Monday); we STILL had someone different each time....

Great cleaning service 6/6/2015

I have used My Maid Service for about 1 year. They provide great service. They are not the cheapest service in town but when I am giving the key to my house to someone, I do not want the budget service. more

Great Service 2/16/2011

We have used My Maid Service for over a year and we have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. We have very consistant teams except when we askt o change the days. On the days our cleaner is sick or otherwise out they have always called and asked our permission before they send someone else out. The company they describe is so different from the reality that I experience that they have to be fake reviews. If you don't believe me call them your self and see the questions they ask. Are they perfect, no. Cleaning to perfection is impossilbe but they are damn close. These guys have won the Angie's List Super Service Award 3 years in a row which is a place where reviewers cannot post anonymous reviews and bitter competitors can slam companies in a sad attempt to boost themselves. more

Choose another company 2/14/2011

First we 'tolerated' the fact that even though we had requested the same person each time (even changed our day from Thursday to Monday); we STILL had someone different each time. \r Each time the house was cleaned, either something was missed, something was left out or as in the final straw, our 18 year old indoor-only cat was found on the front stoop when we came home from a day at work. Unacceptable.\r \r \r \r \r \r more

Horrible Service 6/19/2010

different cleaners each time. forgot to do something different each clean. not a happy customer. went with another service and they are doing a wonderful job each clean more
