I went to My Kim Nails for the first time today. I just moved to Vermont and need a good nail tech. I will not be going back. The salon was not clean and the selection of polish colors left a lot to be desired. The nail tech, who motioned me to come sit down, didn't smile or bother to introduce herself. She didn't talk to me at all, no discussion on nail length, if the water temp was ok....nothing. The pedicure itself lasted all of 20 minutes, which is fine for a basic pedicure, but she barely ran a file across my nails, one swipe of a buffer and the exfoliation was a joke. She did ask if I wanted a 3rd coat of polish because it just wasn't covering, but that was it, when she finished she walked over to the couch with her cell phone and sat down. I was left to air dry with my feet resting on a cold wet towel. This is the first time I ever leave a comment like this, but I really felt I needed to.
