Grains, yeast have great variety. Hops variety is good given market conditions. Hops tend to run out in the front of the store and you have to wait while they fill the 1oz bags. It would be nice to buy hops sealed in nitrogen. Supplies listed on their website tend to not be there. They need to update their website to more accurately reflect what is on hand. They tend to run out of specialty items and ingredients, so ask ahead if you're looking for something out of the ordinary. Supplies tend to be priced less than the other brew store though you're expected to weigh and grind the grains yourself, which takes some time. Pretty knowledgeable staff, though they tend to treat you like you've never brewed before unless they really know you well. It's kind of annoying to me, but I'm sure newbies like that.\r

In conclusion, if you want to save some money, have the time to do the grains yourself and can easily think of substitutions for your recipe, this is a pretty good place to go.
Pros: grain variety
Cons: supplies not dependable, hops not nitrogen sealed, time to get ingredients
