Not good.Bad location: it's at the end of a dead end street, next to a laundromat, many used/abandoned cars in the parking lot, and it's right on top of railroad tracks, with multiple Amtrak trains going by VERY fast within a one hour stretch. The owners are abrasive and not personable. The first thing they do is to say how much a class costs, and that you are lucky to get in because they have no space available, rather than what is right for you and your dog. If you do get into a class, it's chaotic and crowded. The interior space leaves a lot to be desired with a black spongy flooring, cracked windows, poor air circulation. This business could do much better with respect to the owner's attitudes and conduct towards their patrons. The timing of the class I attended required the trainer to conduct lots of business during class with no other office support staff, so class was often interrupted, and a one hour class was not a full hour of training.
