I placed an online order for 4 pair of shoes. After placing the order, I decided a few hours later to cancel--I called the company but only got the voice machine so I left voicemessages and sent emails about my request for cancellation. The store never responded to me. After several calls over three days, I finally reached a sale representative who told me it was too late, the order has gone out, and tried to convince me to keep the shoes (which I no longer needed). The sale rep said that if I don't want to keep the shoes, I can return the order and the store would issue me a refund. When the order arrived a week later, I quickly returned the order via registered mail. The order was delivered and received, but I was never given my refund. I've called several times and only got an automated voice machine. I left several voice messages and sent several emails and have not heard back from the store. This is an incredibly unprofessional way of conducting a business.
I would like My Diva Girlz to refund my money, as promised, for the products that were returned to them.
