Excellent experiences 7/21/2011

Bad teeth. I brush and floss twice daily, but genetically they're just "bad", so through the years, I've had my share of dental problems. With two root canals, Dr. Gallager and his assistants gave me excellent care. Professional, personable and complete. Also they offered a financial repayment plan that helped me enormously. Considering that my teeth were decayed and I needed two root canals, my experiences with MyDentist was great. more

Excellent Service 7/7/2011

I had a dental emergency and was in terrible pain. I called My Dentist and was able to be seen within a couple hours of my phone call. I went in and everyone was so caring, kind, friendly and concerned. You certainly appreciate this kind of service when you are ill! My issue was quickly and thoroughly resolved, and I left with an action plan for future treatment with my NEW Dentist! Dr. Gallagher and his staff are AWESOME!I experienced minimal discomfort during my procedure and am now pretty much pain free! Thank you! more

Great Service 6/25/2011

The service I received from the Dental staff at MyDentist in Grandview was excellent. Cody, the Assistant, was terrific in calming my fears. Dr. Galagher was outstanding in his methods. When it came to the financing, they offered me three methods of payment. Before my appointment, I read two negative online reviews, but it was different on my visit. I strongly recommend MyDentist in Grandview, MO. I was treated very well. more

The Best dentist ive been to 5/25/2011

Dr. Gallagher is the BEST! He makes you feel as comfortable as possible when youre getting anything done. He hasnt stirred me wrong yet. Hes just the best! The only complaint i have is the financial people need to triple check to see what a paitent can and cant have done. I got a deep cleaning, they said my insurance was going to pay for it but they didnt. So now im stuck making payments to them. But they will work with you, in all aspects. more

I would say this is a great facility for dental care, no matter if its a scheduled routine visit or if you have a dental emergency like I did, great employee moral & friendly atmosphere, yet more importantly because of my prior history with them they helped me make payments with an unexpected charge in order to give me my smile back...I have referred them to several people... more

Top notch care 4/25/2011

I can't say enough good about the folks here. Friendly personal care. I knew upfront what my care plan was and the cost. Dr. Gallagher explained everything in detail and the outcomes. I had a major procedure done and during that time I felt that my well being was at the top. Definately recommend. more

This was the best dental office I have ever visted. Everyone from th front desk to the dental hygenist to billing was so pleasant. I was educated on the work I needed to have done and was made comfortable the entire time. Looking forward to my next visit!!! more

From the time I first called to make an appointment the staff was most helpful and considerate to my needs. You can tell they truely care about you as a person and want you to be satisfied with any treatment you receive. They work with you. My dentist is now Dr. Brent. more

Unexpectedly Good Experience 3/22/2011

Very nice calm atmosphere and friendly people. Sheila spent a long time explaining things to me. Deeanne made me feel comfortable. Dr Brent was very kind and did not make the comments about my lack of teeth, that I usually hear. The technician that did impressions, whose name I cannot remember was very kind and patient with me, Thank you everyone - an unexpectedly good experience. more

My experience with the Dentist was fine but after I left the dentist is what I had a problem with. According the directions I was given it states that if you have not stop bleeding after 2 hrs after the extraction to call the Dentist. I called after 3 1/2 hours. I was then told by the dentist on call that I could bleed up to 12 hrs. But the blood started gushing around 11 pm I called the humber again and I was told that by the recording that their was no one available until 8 am the next morning. I did not know what to do. I went to the emergency room. I did not stop bleeding until sunday evening. 48 hours later. more

Dr.Brent is great. She is very gentle and makes you feel very comfortable. I have always had a fear of the Dentist. Dr. Brent and her staff have eased that fear. I would recommend her to anyone. They are awesome. more
