I will keep sending this till you post it, if not here then somewhere else. All I see here are great reviews, but I did NOT have a great time at my appointment and the public have the right to see negative reviews. First I was kept waiting for 40 mins, as my paperwork was not made ready. Then the dentist was very rough giving the shots, with no pre-numbing as I've always had in the past. As for how rough it was to extract the two teeth - well I have been in pain for 5 days now with a bruised and swollen face. more

A very bad experience. 12/27/2011

It began by being forgotten for 35 mins before being seen. Then I had 2 teeth pulled. The dentist did not pre-numb the areas before giving the shots and was more than a bit rough giving them. The actual extractions were difficult, I have been in some pain since then, 4 days ago. My face is very bruised and swollen. A bad experience more

Last 2 visits to My Dentist. 12/22/2011

I really was pleased with this visit. It is beginning to pay off that I am taking care of my teeth and making all of my scheduled apts. I am getting to know people there and to feel better about having them work on my teeth. I was a big chicken when it cam e to my teeth. But it is getting better for me. Quick and (relatively) painless 12/22/2011

Dr. Gallagher and staff does a great job. Only minor complaint was the checkout process. Not a definate respinse on how nuch insurance would pay...probably the insurance company's deal. more

Denture "dewobbling" 11/23/2011

I had my last tooth pulled out on the day I received my new dentures...this meant that the gum shrank where the tooth had been. Yesterday I delivered my denture at 8:00am. Following a fast procedure, I left and was told the denture would probably be back by 3:00pm. But at 1:30pm the phone rang and the denture was ready in record time. Now it does not wobble at all. more

Great Service! 10/12/2011

I am new to the area and was in an emergency to find a dentist. I happened to call My Dentist and see how quickly they could get me in. they were able to get me in the next day. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, the doctor very informative and the assistant was extremely sweet. They are able to help you financially and have representatives to help you with question. more

Excellect Staff, Customer Service, and Quality of Services 9/29/2011

I went in expecting just a quick look at the issue (tooth decay) but got a lot more! Kyra, the assistant was awesome at her job and made me more comfortable. The dentist was great, he made several recommendations and after I chose one, he was on it the same day! The root canal was done carefully and precisely. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for the service and quality! :-) I would rate a full 5 stars, but the schedulers had me come in at a specified time, but then told me to wait because the dentist on site was out to lunch! more

My experience 9/24/2011

My mouth came back to life and the pain was so bad and unbearable i think i needed more anesthia medications in still in alot of pain hopefully it will get better over the next couple of days. But the dentust abd his assistance msde me feel so conffortable more
