MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILL! 6/13/2011

The financial department was really bad-managed. There were too many hidden charges that would not report to your insurance company. So they can make arbitrary charges at arbitrary amount. They also deposited your checks, but did not post them to your account. When requested for a refund, be prepared to wait at least 10 months and make a dozen of calls. The problem is that they make overcharges and wrong charges again and again. If you did not keep a track of your bills, you will never know. The dentist and hygienist were also changed too frequently and it is hard to keep a continuous record with one doctor. Will never recommend this place to a friend. more

I Highly Do Not Recommend 5/27/2009

There was nothing special about having work performed on me with out having consent for the service. There was most definitely nothing special about having left a message with the corp. office to not have my call returned. Poor reconstruction of teeth. My gums don't touch my teeth there is a black hole in my front tooth that they will not repair. The continuous pain that I still deal with daily does not help either. Thanks my Dentist. For messing up my smile! Pros: Very Clean Cons: They did not listen to the patient more
