Dopefiend move. I dealt with Sheree and we spoke and text multiple times regarding a business property that needed a move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. Our initial discussion was to clean the house and she mentioned that the carpet and tile cleaning would be contracted out. She even went as far as to ask me if we needed a thorough cleaning or just enough to get by. I received multiple quotes from other vendors and was waiting to hear back from Shiree. Communication was not great, waiting hours if not days for responses. When I got her on the phone, I notified her that we would be willing to move forward for 725.00 for the complete job I asked her to send me a formal quote for accounting purposes. She sent me an email with a price included. In the email she only specified carpet and tile and did not mention the house cleaning. It is my fault for not catching this but all our conversations previous and text were about house cleaning, tile and carpet. I approv more

High Quality, Reliable House Cleaning 12/13/2014

We have been using My Cleaning Lady for a number of years. We have been very pleased with the service. The price is reasonable, and the cleaners do a very good job; recently, it has been improved so that our cleaner leaves special touches, such as towels folded in the manner one sees in high-end hotels. Cleaning is thorough and the cleaners have been responsive to any special requests we have had, such as periodic refrigerator cleaning. more

I've been using My Cleaning Lady of La Verne for the past four years or so and am satisfied with their service. They cover all of the basics and do a good enough job. I do think that they could improve their attention to detail. There are just a couple of little things that I feel like they could implement into their routines without me having to specify, like cleaning my refrigerator. They tell me that I have to call them ahead of time if I have any specific instructions and I don't really have the time to do that. Otherwise, I'm pretty satisfied with their services for the price. more

My Cleaning Lady of La Verne has been cleaning my house for five months now and it's been excellent. They do things I wouldn't expect them to do like clean areas that go above and beyond what I was hoping for. more

Not bad 4/25/2014

I've been using My Cleaning Lady for ages. They're very responsive and easy to schedule with. They usually do a pretty thorough job and I appreciate that they use fragrance-free products so that I don't return home to a chemical smell. It would be comforting if they charged per hour as opposed to per job. The rates are very reasonable but I would prefer to make payments in this way. They do a satisfactory job, though, they could work a little bit on their attention to detail. more

I've been using My Cleaning Lady of La Verne for over a year. They're on time, and they do a thorough job. They empty the trash and wash my kitchen floor. They're not afraid of my dog, and they call if they have any questions. They don't just leave a note. more

Consistently superb! 9/12/2013

We've been using My Cleaning Lady of La Verne for two years. The service is excellent. We use the same two people that came initially, and they always do a superb job. Once we had a substitute who didn't do as good a job, but it was still very acceptable. They are willing to accommodate our schedule when we need to change their regular cleaning days. The work is consistent. They always do a great job. They offer excellent customer service. We recommend them wholeheartedly. more

I'm really happy with their service. I've been using My Cleaning Lady of La Verne for years. Probably close to four to five years. I always have a certain cleaning lady that I request, Teresa. She's just so pleasant, nice, and really really thorough. I know I can trust her. Sometimes I'm not there and I'm able to be away. It's just a really good company. I've used other cleaning services here and there. You can really tell that they do a thorough job. It smells clean. I've never had any trouble with anything missing. It's a very reputable company down to the receptionist. My Cleaning Lady of La Vern's a very well-run organization. more

It's usually pretty easy for me to keep my house in good, clean shape. After a few years of living here, though, I just felt that there were some things that I couldn't do as good of a job with as I'd like. I decided to hire a professional to take care of some of my house cleaning. I found out about MyCleaningLady from a friend. I was pleased to see that their services are very affordable and can be scheduled at my convenience. My house was never that messy to begin with, but after using their services, it looks the best that it has ever looked. more

I've been using them for at least a year now, maybe coming up on two. They always arrive on time and do a good job. They are very kind and patient with my dog, which I really appreciate. It is a little hard to communicate with them, one of the ladies that comes doesn't speak English really but I am usually able to communicate with the other and she will translate. more
