Just honest guys trying to make a living by doing good work 10/22/2016

I have had more bad experiences in Detroit with auto repair places. For some reason, most auto repair places think that customers are just their stupid hostages and can do whatever they want. The guys at "My Car Guy" are regular guys who do not have delusions that people have no idea what is, and what is not, good auto repair. They discuss my car repair with simple, easy to discuss options. The prices are fair and based on time and materials. This sounds too simple to be outstanding, but in a market of thieves and liars, it is a refreshing change. more

Love My Car Guy! 9/14/2016

These guys figured out what was wrong with my car, fixed it and had it back to working in less than a day! Also, for the work they did and time they put into the car the bill was not bad at all! So relieved to have found a reliable, trustworthy shop to take my car to in Ypsilanti. Thanks again guys! more

My Car Guy is best auto repair shop in Ypsi...period. Their work is second to none, but they are best at creating good relationships with their customers. What you see is what you get with these guys. Nothing flashy, fancy, or slick. They keep their shop simple in order to save you money. Bruce and Jordan are honest and will work hard to save you money with their honest work. more

I've trusted My Car Guy for going on four years now and I have never been disappointed by their service. They're very down to earth people who know what they're talking about and make the time to explain the problems to you as well. It's so easy to create a great and trustworthy relationship with them, and they will willingly go out of their way to help you out with your car. I cannot recommend them enough! more

My Car Guy staff have always been fair, honest and reasonable with the repairs on my vehicles. They also go above and beyond to either give me a ride home or work, and Bruce always seems to check extra little things that make a big difference. Often he has fixed a few little things without charge. I often get the impression he treats my vehicles as if they were his own. more
