grade A kitchens very secluded 5/17/2010

I lived in one of the units for about a year until my job was transferred to a different state and its the quietest complex Ive ever lived in. Because the building is really the only residential one on the street it was really nice to come home to it. The kitchens in this place are fabulous so let me just emphasize those who love to cook this is the place for you. Pros: quiet , huge kitchens more

I know of tenants who were without heat in October for several weeks before they fixed it. I know of at least four apartments with major leaks that have never gotten fixed. Staff can be rude, argumentative, talks trash about some tenants to other tenants and shares their confidential information. Some tenants have tested positive for mold in their apartments. Walls are extremely thin. Pros: none Cons: slow to fix things, rude staff more
