Don't waste your time 8/8/2013

They told us to get the water heaters ourselves and it would cost $300 - $500 per water heater. We got the water heaters and we called, they said they would cost $288 plus $95 for an attic fee. We set up an appointment, they came out 2 hours later than their "window' time. Then they said it would cost $1,481.39 for both water heaters. That's MORE THAN DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL PRICE. These people are a joke. Oh, and they were the ones that put in the water heaters in all these homes in my subdivision, which they knew. more

Mustang Plumbing is a JOKE! 2/17/2011

Mustang plumbing did the work on our new home. I have had them out 3 different times for warrenty work on the same faucet. I keep getting told the faucet is installed correctly but there should be no gap between the tub and the trim ring nor should the whole valve be tilted sideways. They did not show up for the forth try and I get no answer at the office. This is a LOW bid company and if you are building a new home make sure your builder is not using this company! more

Unsatisfactory 11/18/2010

I would NOT use this plumbing company. There were sent to my home thru a home warranty company to repair a leak in my bathroom. This was in a closet next to my shower, which had not been used in over a month. The service tech told me that my "tile was leaking" and I needed to have the shower regrouted. Called another plumber, he walked in and said right here is the problem, a leak in the pipe. I was told by the manager that this was a technician who had 15 year of experience. more
