The firm was begun in 1969 by Attorney Victor M. Muschell, a native of Torrington who chose to remain in his hometown to work and raise a family. In 1978, the firms offices moved to its present location at 104 Church Street near Torringtons Vogel-Wetmore School. Throughout the more than 40 years of its existence we have provided high quality legal services of all kinds to our clients.
