I am very satisfied with the way that I was represented at my license hearing. I hired a lawyer to oversee this because I really could not afford to lose license before the trial even started. The lawyer Musca law sent over made me sound even more desperate than I actually was, but it was an effective strategy. The judge took our side, and now I have nothing to worry about. I am very glad that I chose Musca to handle this, and I would definitely consider working with them again. more

They Save Me! 9/22/2012

Musca law represented me during my DUI case in West Palm Beach last month. While they were skeptical of my demand to plead not guilty, they were willing to work with it. The trial seemed to be going badly at first, but they were able to pull it out by positing some convincing theories for my conditions, and proving that the police had not followed all procedures when testing me. I was declared innocent, and walked out of the courtroom a free man. Thank you very much Musca Law. more

I’m a fighter, and I wasn’t just going to give when I got charged with a completely false DUI. My Musca Law DUI attorney was able to use the scene records to prove that I wasn’t impaired, and the case got thrown out after only a couple days. more

I wouldn’t wish a DUI charge on anyone, easily the most terrifying experience of my life. The only thing that kept me sane was my reassuring DUI attorney from Musca Law. He just understood the process so well and helped me prep for every single step of the way. more

I chose Musca Law over several other law firms in the West Palm Beach area. They obviously had the expertise, and their rates were reasonable (unlike some others). The lenient sentence that I received proves that they were the right choice. more

I knew I was in trouble when I got pulled over drunk in West Palm Beach. I felt like there was no one in the world on my side, but my Musca Law DUI attorney treated me like a human being. He helped me throughout the entire case, and we were able to secure a sentence without prison time. more

I can’t imagine that anyone could have done better in that courtroom than my Musca Law representation. My DUI attorney was so prepared, and he didn’t give the prosecution an inch. I was acquitted after most of the evidence against me was disallowed. more

I really regret that I was drunk driving and I plan to never do it again. Knowing that is one thing, convincing a jury is another. I had the help of a great West Palm Beach DUI Lawyer from Musca to make my case to the jury and the judge. I was found guilty, but my sentence was incredibly light, and I know I have Musca Law to thank for that. more

There are sobriety checkpoints all over West Palm Beach, FL and I had the dumb luck to get stuck in one. Musca Law came to the rescue with a DUI lawyer that knew damn well what he was doing. I got an incredibly light sentence. more
