My friend stands out front of the store, where the sign reads Open 10am, no one is there. He waits until 10:30, still no one. I call, no answer or machine. At least an answering machine indicating being closed on Wednesday, an emergency came up or something. You just don't leave people hanging. Very unprofessional!
