I have been going to this office for several years now and after my last visit will NEVER return again! My latest appt. this past Tuesday was for 3:15 pm to go over my film for the recommended $500 MRI I had done 3 weeks previous. This visit would be the 3rd and last time I have had to wait 1-1/2 - 2hrs past my appt time still without seeing a Dr. No apologies, just overbooking to the point of having most of the packed waiting room fed up. You are just a $$ sign at this office, nothing more. After the first hr I actually had my name called and demanded a gentlemen with an earlier appt. (3pm), and in extreme pain from his back surgery 9 days prior, to be seen before me. They actually said ""we'll see if we can do that"". Never have I felt so disrespected as a patient of ANY Dr. office I have been to. Once the 5pm hour was upon me I was more than fed up and demanded my film be brought to the front counter and my copay refunded. A woman who was in the waiting room upon my arrival and STILL had not been called also followed my lead and demanded her copay back as well and we both left. No follow up phone call, no apology.....nothing. \r
If you have back issues or are in any sort of pain DO NOT use this office!!!
