Consistant Great Service! 1/8/2010

I get my suits tailored here regularly and occasionally I'll have some stains on some of my suits. I've had wine stains, pet stains, and even oil stains removed from my suits!!! I've been a customer with them for over 5 years and I have to drive 30 minutes now to North Hollywood and it's WORTH THE DRIVE!!! Pros: Gets the job done! Cons: None! more

Avoid! Horrible customer service 5/21/2009

I turned it a couple of sweatshirts with some regular stains on them. One of the sweatshirts was white, and I was sure that I could take out the stain using bleach, but didn't want to try that. Instead, I opted to go to a dry cleaners to get ""professional"" service. I was charged $18.75 and my clothes came back just as stained as when I turned them in. When I said that they're stained, the merchant smiled and nastily said that they did the best they can!! She refused to refund me the money or to offer to remove the stains again. Cons: return clothes in the same stained condition more
