Murray Motive continues to impress me with their sincere desire to make the customer the number one priority. I was experiencing engine noise that was difficult to diagnose but the service personnel were able to pinpoint the cause and I was able to get the car repaired. If this matter were to continue, I may have experienced a catastrophic brake failure. Murray Motive provided me with a free rental car during the repair which allowed me to continue my day to day task uninterrupted. more

I took my car in last week for new hydraulics on my Santa Fe trunk and an oil change. I knew it would be expensive but Chris said he would call around to find the best price, which only came to be at the dealer. I feel like they always try to give me the best deal, but let's face it cars are expensive, two days later my car was sluggish to start, I knew I hadn't had a new battery in a long time, drove right to murray motive and they checked my battery and of course it was bad, I did not want to get stuck somewhere and have to be towed so I had a new battery put in, it also was expensive but I still trust these guys that I will get the best price. I like having a place that knows my car and they will give me a discount when they can. more
