What a fun little shop! They have so many beautiful and unique fabrics and notions you just can't find anywhere else. Even those of us who don't sew very much are inspired to be creative -- and they provide lots of help.The shop itself is a work of art and the staff is friendly and helpful. And of course the location - an old school building filled with lots of art shops and boutiques - adds to the charm. more

I was excited to try this little fabric shop for months after coming across the blog some time ago. It took me a while to make it in, coming from the west side of the Cleveland area, but it was worth it! \r \r Such a darling, quaint shop! And still many options! I can't wait to come back and buy more! \r \r I found two fantastic patterns that I snatched up! One was an Oliver and S pattern that I had been searching for and couldn't find! So happy! \r \r I also enjoy the ribbon choices! I have yet to use the two that I purchased, but love them! Just waiting for the right fabric to go with them. \r \r All in all I had a great experience at Murray Hill Bolt & Spool. I loved my whole shopping experience, and especially my yard stick! I love knowing that there is a place in the Cleveland area that I can go touch and purchase many fabrics that are just not available anywhere else but online! more
