This is a great historical park, beautiful cottonwood trees and a classic pool with lots of wading room perfect for toddlers and young children. The Farmer's Market is one of the best, beat the crowds of downtown and come here instead, it's wonderful. Pros: Location, history, trees, birdlife more

Beautiful Oasis 5/23/2002

It's so great that this park is right in the midst of everything; it feels like a secret hideaway. It's an absolutely gorgeous spot for a date or for playing baseball, which I've done more than once. more
