I am a mother of 4 small children. When I get the chance to go, I love it. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I walk through those doors I get to be me. They go the extra mile to make you feel special. This is the place were all mothers need to go. We are so busy taking care of everyone else that we forget that we need time to have someone take care of us. This a great place to have it done! more

I'm surprised to the read the other reviews on here, b/c my experience was just the opposite. I was given a gift card for my birthday and had the best time ever at the spa. The staff was so great... they greet you with their special Chai tea right when you get there, the environment was so pretty and well kept, and my service was impeccable. I had the nicest Nail Tech and probably the best pedicure ever! I hate to hear about the "supposed infection" the girl above had, but that's a pretty serious claim to make against a business and I can bet you they take way better care of their facility than most "discount nail salons." I can pretty much say I'll be a customer for life, b/c I was very pleased with the services and the way I was treated while there. I left feeling like family rather than a customer. Their prices were very competitive and you get WAY more of a "day spa" experience here than anywhere else I've been in St. Augustine. more

I was very disappointed in this spa. I went a few times for a pedicure and subsequently developed a fungal infection under several toenails. The Dr. said it was probably from poorly disinfecting the soaking tub. I've never had a fungus before or since I quit going there. I also found it to be very noisy, just a glorifed beauty salon. There is no area for clients to sit comfortably and relax without constant traffic and faced with walls of merchandise. I didn't feel pampered or comfortable at all. If you're looking for quality in a relaxed atmosphere and not paying an arm and a leg for services, look elsewhere! more

I went here for a haircut - a really cute salon with a wonderful friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The haircut I received looked great when I left the salon but after only a couple of weeks it didn't look great to be honest - it was not very well done and I have had better haircuts for much less money. more
