I was not happy with your service team I called in an schedule service and schedule a loaner car. we arrived to the dealer, was told you had no loaner car I was mad an went to the sale man that sold the car to me and he jump into action, got me a new car to leave in I thank him. but this is not the sales man job but he saved the day because that’s customer service. I have to go to sales team to get help with maintenance team each time the car comes in I see that service team has no Integrity an gives fuzzy commitment each time I have work on my car. The service team did not give me an estimate of how much just to bring the car in its under warranty an at the time of pickup you give me an invoice of $ 180.00 I said its under warranty he said yes it is but you have to pay shop fees. I said this was not given before I drop it off the car to your shop I was under the impression it was all under warranty so I paid an left to my car to get into it an notes grease on the door, steering wheel and shifter I was mad this is the 3rd time this has happen to me I left mad an went home and hade my husband check the car out to see if service fix it . He found 4 loose bolts and grease on top of the grail he was so mad he drove the car over to Dodge and got a new 2014 car because of your service team so we will Definitely will not return back to you. I love the car and the Sales team but not the maintenance team I don’t see any improvement in that area.Sorry
