Fair, honest pricing and service. 2/7/2014

I am most pleased with Murdoch Hyundai. I purchased my vehicle with them at a fair price and have been treated very well in having the vehicle serviced and in making one repair that was required by a recall. I have alwasys been treated respectfully and been informed of all details about my vehicle's repairs and service. I will return to them for my next vehicle. more

Pleasantly suprised 1/30/2014

I am not too fond of dealerships, but I must admit they did an amazing job in the service department. They were timely in performing the things I requested as well as they performed them in a timely manner. I was there less than an hour (about 45 min) I would recommend them, they exceed any other dealership I have been to more

Bad and rude customer service by mechanic Jonathan Lopez. Brought in my car to an oil change and they broke my emergency break. Very rude mechanic and bad customer service. They dont take care of customers cars. Especiall later in the day when they have to go home more

I have worked with many dealerships over the years but Murdock is my favorite. Work on my car has always been completed within the time frame they quoted and they make the effort to keep me updated on status. The prices seem fair and my car is washed. more

Ryan Schuppe (not sure on last name) was our sales rep. Great young man, really helpful and no pressure tactics or "pitches". He listened and helped us find what we were looking for. I have also gone info for service several times and each time has been great. Very quick, easy to schedule and I have seen no issues with the work or price of service. more

Regret buying a car from Murdock 10/10/2013

I will buy my next car from another dealer. Don't pay for any services in advance. they will offer the same service at a third the cost after the sale. If you want them to leave you alone just tell them that you have regrets. more

Dealership lacks integrity. 9/22/2013

While i had the car in for an oil change, I was told that the rear brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. I did not have the service done, I could not beleive that the brakes could be bad with only 24,000 highway miles on the car. When I checked the brakes myself, I found that they were o long way from being in need of replacement. Also i had the tires rotated, they did not tighten all of the lug nuts properly. It is sad that dealerships have to rip their patrons off, integrity is such a fleeting concept anymore. more
