I have yet to be let down at Murdock Hyundai. I bought a first rate used Sonata and have had nothing but excellent service. Ford was absolutely horrible from the day I bought my car at a local Utah dealership NEW. Ford never seemed to care about the quality or price of service at their Utah dealerships. more

Had to bring it here bring it here because Ken Garff screwed up my radio and trim doing a repair. They swiftly got it up and running fixing every issue there was without hesitation. Their service saved my loyalty to hyundai as a future customer more

Fast, reliable service. 4/5/2014

I have a prepaid service contract which I love. Easy to get an appointment. Nice clean waiting area with soda, water and coffee. 2 big flat screen tv's. Very nice service staff. Always a free wash and last time they even wiped out the little glass ashtray I have in the cup holder! Now that's service! Very reliable service. I am more than satisfied. more

MURDOCK GOES EXTRA MILE 4/2/2014

I went into get a usual LOF service. While there I decided to have the interior of my Sonota detailed. Now I needed a ride. because it was going to take longer. No problem. Took me home. Returned later. Just an AAA job on the detail. Looks "new". more

The dealership was going to fix some curb rash for me and I mentioned I will be painting my wheels black soon. They offered to do it for me for a decent price. Car comes back a week later and only parts of the wheels were painted. The chrome inserts on the veloster were left chrome. I didn't go in and ask for half a paint job. I asked the service person about it and apparently that's an "extra" charge. They could've at least told me this before. Such bad service. They should've either offered to fix it or make me pay a bit less. I still played full price. Such a joke more

Quick Winter Service plus a wash job. 3/13/2014

Winter service special with (coupon) . Out in about an hour tire rotation, oil & lube, great coffee and a great wash job. About the same price as "Jiffy Lube" for just an oil change. more
