Horrible service 1/24/2011

The service at the hospital was horrible for my sick dog. He bled on the waiting room floor and no one would clean it up. I heard one of the ladies make a rude comment about me and my sick dog. The doctor was even worse. He wouldnt't even touch him. Not even walk up to look at him. He just stood back and looked. more

The special TD food recommended for my cat Jessie by Dr. Han: She is eating these with no problem so far and she seems to like them. We only give her 12 every other day along with her dry food that she nibbles on throughout the day. Our thanks to Dr. Han for his kind help with her this past Saturday. more
