I came to Munchel's just to do some browsing. I have a birthday coming up and wanted some new jewelry. The sales people working were very friendly and took there time to show me everything I wanted to see. It was truly a great experience. more

Awesome! I had an engagement ring custom made based on pictures that I brought in. Everyone was very, helpful, patient and kind. There was absolutely no rush or pressure and they spent 2 hours going over the design with me. I've never had a ring custom made before, so I admit I was a bit nervous when I went to pick it up. But, wow! It was amazing. They did such a wonderful job and it is very high quality work. These guys are the real deal, they have reasonable prices and they actually care about you. My fiance Loves her ring! more

I hate the proverbial salesman! If you enjoy them - head to your nearest used car lot. A Munchel's, they know if you are walking in the door, you are ready to make a huge investment and they will help you do it carefully and deliberately. more

Always GREAT 9/8/2011

I have been going here for the past 5 years and each time I have been treated fairly and quickly. My car has been put through it's paces and certainly not the easiest to work on, having been subject to corrosive salts so prevalent in the winters...but motor Sports team always seems to find a solution to whatever issue my transportation is facing. In a day and age when you really don't know what you're going to get when you do to an automotive maintenance center, rest assured that you will be treated honestly, fairly, and in a timely fashion here. I recommend them very highly. more

I selected Munchel's to produce a custom designed engagement ring for my future fiance. I cannot speak more highly of their level of professionalism, patience, and expertise throughout the process. I came in with about 80% of the details and specs for a very unique and intricate ring design. Through their process consultations my wishes were perfectly incorporated into the design with great attention to detail. The collaboration produced an even better result then I'd imagined. The ring itself is truly one-of-a-kind and receives an unbelievable amount of compliments. It will be a lasting treasure and I am forever grateful to them. They take great car in satisfying their customers and understanding the personal importance of the pieces they create. more

I think Munchel's has the best selection of jewelry in the area. They have an exclusive amount of diamonds in all sizes and prices, and a great collection of designer jewelry. They make it easy to shop because they have everything. There is no reason for me to shop any place else, because I always find what I want at Munchel's. more

Can't say enough great things about Munchel's. The manager of the store is amazing and went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied owner of a beautiful diamond ring. I had ordered a custom ring, just couldn't get it to fit me comfortably. They not only gave me a full credit on the ring. but spent countless hours working with me to help me find the ring of my dreams. You can always expect honesty and quality. more

I was looking to buy a gift for my girlfriend, and some friends had recommended Munchel's Jewelry. From the moment I stepped in the store, I was treated like a king. I have had the pleasure of shopping at Munchel's on many occasions. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They always welcome me as soon as I walk in the store. The selection of jewelry and watches is amazing. I love walking by the front of the store and looking at the beautiful window displays. They are always so creative. more

I came to Munchel's Fine Jewelry to look at engagement rings for my girlfriend. I kind of had an idea of what I was looking for but also needed some guidance. The staff was very polite and helpful. Beautiful Ring!! 8/23/2011

There is one ring in there that looks absolutely beautiful on me. I was hinting my boyfriend to get it for me but it's either he's ignoring it or just not getting it but the workers know so they try to help me point him towards that direction. Thank you for helping me. If it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't be engaged today with your ring. The customer service is 110%. I love the insurance plan for my ring because if I lose a diamond or anything it would be replaced by the insurance without any extra charges. I appreciate all that you guys have done for me. more

Understanding!! 8/23/2011

My friend referred me here since I just moved here and we love to go ring shopping just to see what's new. The customer service was absolutely polite and caring. They understand our shopping needs. They met all the requirements requested during our visit there. They didn't give us a hard time because we were there for hours trying on almost everything in there. They were really calm with us. They didn't judge us even though we walked out with a little small present for our self spending all the time in there. They were welcoming and kindhearted. I will referred more girls here. I am pretty sure they'll love it as much as we do. Thank you for the excellent customer service. more

They have the most to die for wedding and engagement ring. I love it so much. They have there only little collection like other jewelry stores. But I just love this place. There are so many options. Plus, when you're telling the person that is helping how you want it. They find the one like it or the closest to it. I just love how there service is. more

Fabulous Fine Jewelry 8/9/2011

Munchel's Fine Jewelry has the best prices and selection's on all fine jewelry rings,necklaces,bracelets etc. I went in with my father for a gift for my mother and myself along with my father were lost. We didn't know what to get just because every thing was just so nice. I love their ring selection and I have even been throwing little hints to my husband on a early anniversary gift for myself. I can say they are the best as the other reviews have pointed out. Thanks Munchel's. more

Munchel's has the best selection on wedding rings. I went in and right as I approach the counter I seen the ring that was for me. I told my husband this is it, We went to several stores and they just didn't have what I wanted. But as soon as we walked into Muchel's there she was (My Ring). I just love it. Unique selection 8/8/2011

I went in the store with my sister to upgrade my original wedding ring. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large selection of unique and vintage ring settings. Everything was pretty affordable the help was fabulous.I would definitely recommend Munchel's Fine Jewelry to anyone that is looking for that unique jewelry. more
