Rich Christian, the salesman, was easy to work with and was very helpful. When I had questions about the paperwork the next day, Rich was patient and professional in explaining my mistake in interpretation, though I must have caused him considerable inconvenience. If I had been a "Secret Shopper", I would give him an A+ in handling the situation. more

Water leak & third light replacement 6/18/2013

All-Star Ford met my expectations regarding the replacement of the 3rd tail light replacement and for determining the cause of soaked floor mats in my F-150. That was traced to water entering thru the 3rd light. All-Star service representative Sean was as usual "outstanding" more

First Oil Change - All Star Great... 6/18/2013

Went in on a Saturday with an appointment. Got right in and hung out in the waiting lounge with the DirecTV remote. Took less time than I thought, probably 10 minutes more than a quick lube place but my car was vacuumed and washed! Well worth the extra 10! Nice job All Star. more
