My attorney actually referred me to Mulford Mediation. For the sake of our children and keep control over all the decisions he said mediation was the way to go and he said Mr. Mulford was the best around. Mr. Mulford was amazing. He helped us come up with a parenting plan that made sense for our children, create a property settlement that we both felt was fair and he made sure we thought of everything. When my attorney reviewed our property Settlement agreement he said it covered everything and he said we saved thousands of dollars. more

Don't go this direction - get a good lawyer instead 12/17/2011

Maybe if your divorce is very friendly you can go in this direction, but if it's contentious or if there is an imbalance in power, you will lose out. I walked away with hundreds of thousands less than I would have with an attorney, even an expensive one. In the end it was a disaster to go in this direction. more
