Muddsuckers is the closest coffee shop to my house, so i've made myself a regular there. I have tried almost everything on the chalkboard menu that is continually changing, all of it is fantastic, from the hand-made guacamole to the fresh waffles cooked in front of your eyes in an old fashioned waffle iron. Of course, one couldn't forget about the coffee. Hot fresh black coffee or an ice cold white chocolate frap, there is no bitter aftertaste (like a well known WA chain). The owner is always behind the counter investing his heart and soul into every ounce of the small shop. To be fair, there is usually only one person on duty, so if there is a line of time consuming orders, it is going to take a bit longer, BUT it will be worth the while.
