So, I called the store and was priced 4 tires of a known brand. I go there to get 4 known brand tires and an alignment while they're putting on new tires. I end up with a tire brand I NEVER heard of and told I needed over $400 dollars worth of repairs to align the car correctly, because something was broken in my wheel. I own a Honda and it was only a little over 1 year old!!!!!!! I thought best to take it to the dealership. Because I wouldn't have it "properly fixed" there; the warranty, future rotations and balances were all void on the tires that I DIDN'T ask for- unless I brought in a receipt showing I paid for an alignment and the service repair they stated I needed from an authorized place!!!! I had also bought an extended road hazard and that was also void and they said they could not refund my money!!!! I leave extremely frustrated and on the way home there is a vibration in the tires. So, I take my car into Honda service the next day and ask them to check my tires, check my alignment and wheel parts; without telling them what was said to me by MTW. They said my tires were way out of balance, the alignment was just a small bit off and wheel mechanics were FINE!!!!! So I then preceded to tell them what was said by MTW, they graciously chose not to comment on other's work, but reassured me my balance and alignment were adjusted correctly, and the wheel mechanics were fine and didn't need any repairs. This was 2 years ago and I have not had to do the costly repair yet that MTW stated I did!! I did align my car again, when I ended up having to buy new tires 8 months later!!!!! Yes, the tires I didn't ask for only lasted 8 months!!!!!! And there were not that many miles on the tires!! Needless to say, I found out quickly I wasn't alone in the schemes from MTW. So don't be taken like others around the area have and go somewhere else!!! Sargent's have been good to deal with and they have road hazard!!!
Pros: nothing!!
Cons: Everything!!!
