Excellent and Compassionate Care 8/29/2010

Dr. Berry has been our vet for nearly 20 years and he has taken good care of our cats through all phases of their lives. We like Dr. Lee, too. Sometimes there is a wait, but we don't mind because the doctors have taken their time with us when we needed more. We were thankful for Dr. Berry's care and compassion when our cat, Gracie, died recently. more

My cat and I like it 9/23/2009

Well, actually my cat doesn't but she hates all vets uniformly. I, however, think he staff is kind and professional, have never had a wait, and feel that the veterinary care my kitty receives there is gentle, well-informed and non-alarmist. I also am wary of anonymous posters who speak out against businesses. Anonymity is suspicious... more

This Animal Hosp., Is Great. 6/2/2009

WOW..I am shocked!!! My daughter and I brought our puppy in for his first visit. Our appt. was early..we were seen right away...the Vet was wonderful, the tech was sweet as can be... along with other staff members. Our puppy needed additional attention later that day and IMMEDIATELY we were seen!!!!!!!!!!! I feel sorry for the other post - ies....OUR EXPERIENCE was EXCELLENT!!!!! more

I used to love it here 3/4/2009

Astronomical pricing and insane wait times (I'm talking over an hour after your appointment time in the evenings before you are seen) have led me to search for a new vet. I'm sorry too. I really do feel that Dr. Berry is a great vet, but it's not worth the hassle or expense to me anymore. more

To be honest 1/29/2009

i use to work there and my decision to leave this hospital was based solely on the fact that the only concern seems to be money. price increases every month, badgering clients to buy things that aren't necessary at the time and with most of the original staff gone, no one seems to know what the hell is going on. it's a far cry from what this hospital use to be in its formative years. there are a couple of good female doctors there but i have to question the ethics and morals of the other so-called "professionals" who claim to care about the patients. more

it was awful 1/8/2009

as an ex worker of this hospital the staff is unprofessional and the animals do not get treat right and i would not recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for their animal. more

Disappointed 10/13/2008

Good: Nice location, convenient. Bad: Unprofessional staff, took two weeks to get blood results back that we were told would be back in 24 hours. Our dog needed medication and shouldn't have had to wait.. Improvements: Doesn't matter. We're not going back.. more

Good solid Vet care 8/15/2005

We had read good recommendations on these folks when we first moved here and they proved to be right in our experience. We did not initially get assigned to the Vet we had the recommendation for, but the one we got worked out fine. Our dog once needed emergency surgery and they handled it competently and compassionately. The only downside is that this Vet is not cheap and they do not offer a 24 hour emergency service. On evenings and weekends, you will need to go to one of several area animal hospitals that they work with. more
