Safe, good price for the area 11/21/2005

We have lived at Mount Vernon apartments for 1.5 years and have largely enjoyed our stay. The rent amounts are low for the area and quality. After an extensive search we moved into one of their smallest units and then upgraded recently to a larger one bedroom and we are very happy here. At times the staff seems overworked and a bit scattered, but in the end things get fixed and complaints are always responded to. Heat and hot water are included in the rent, which is very helpful. more
