Nestled in Groveland Township near Holly, Michigan, Mt. Holly?s doors have been open to Michigan skiers since December of 1956. Its Bavarian style lodge houses 2 Cafeterias, a Fireplace Room, a Lounge, a full service Ski Shop, Rental Department, and 2 large group gathering rooms. On the snow, Mt. Holly has 18 trails ranging from Beginner to Advanced in difficulty. Trails are serviced by 7 Chairlifts, including Southeast Michigan?s only High-Speed Quad detachable, 5 Rope Tows, and 2 beginner friendly Wonder Carpet Conveyors. With these lifts, Mt. Holly can transport over 10,000 skiers and snowboarders an hour to the top. Mt. Holly?s powerful snowmaking system boasts over 80 state-of-the-art Top Gun snow machines capable of converting 4000 gallons of water per minute into snow. This assures our skiers and snowboarders of a wintry condition even when Mother Nature does not cooperate.
