I agree with prior comment, as I must have been calling during the same raining season and had the same response. Not sure if the economic downturn just hit them or what. Since that time, I have to say, back to regular, excellent service I have known for over 10 years. These guys have tolerated my 3 Rotties, previous chickens at different address, as well as months where I was stretched thin, They came back several times when I had a surge of ants, no added charge. I have to say I am glad I stuck it through the glitch. Their website states they listen to customer critics as that's how they improve their service.
Pros: thorough, no bug issues, longstanding service > 10 years
