I agree with prior comment, as I must have been calling during the same raining season and had the same response. Not sure if the economic downturn just hit them or what. Since that time, I have to say, back to regular, excellent service I have known for over 10 years. These guys have tolerated my 3 Rotties, previous chickens at different address, as well as months where I was stretched thin, They came back several times when I had a surge of ants, no added charge. I have to say I am glad I stuck it through the glitch. Their website states they listen to customer critics as that's how they improve their service. We have had Mrs. Bugfree service our yards for many years and have never had any problems until this past winter. We throughout the years have had service every other month. Due to the many numerous storms this past winter we had to cancel several appts and reschedule. The last time they sprayed our yard was end of February. They then called to schedule a March appt. I told the receptionist that we wanted to wait a month since we just had our yards sprayed. She promptly told me that the computer could not reschedule us. I asked her to just change our schedule starting end of April. She argued with me and told me it couldn't be done. I have no idea why they couldn't accommodate this request especially since we have been their customer for over 10 yrs. Pros: Showed up on time Cons: need new receptionist more
