I like it here! For over 15 years, I have shopped at Mr. Vac & Sew. I buy all my sewing machines, vacuums and supplies here. The best part is they service the machines as well! I bought 3 vacuum cleaners for my business and always get GREAT SERVICE. I send lots of people here to buy. I have used Mr. Vac & Sew many times, and every time I come in, the staff is friendly and VERY HELPFUL! The service is FAST and the prices are very REASONABLE. In short, going to Mr. Vac & Sew is a wonderful experience . . . no surprises . . . friendly service. Anyone who asks, I send to Larry & his impeccable store. Thank you for being so knowledgeable, guaranteeing prices, and giving all of us a great place to shop! Other customers can be ahead of me, all being helped, and yet I am always acknowledged and know they are trying to get to me as quickly as possible. I went into Mr vac and Sew to trade in my broken vacuum on a new Hoover vacuum. When I was done selecting the new vacuum I wanted, I had my son bring in my broken vacuum to see how much trade in I would get. The manager offered me $25.00 for my trade in but then went on to explain to me that my broken vacuum was actually a better vacuum cleaner than the one I wanted to purchase. He suggested that instead of making my purchase now why don't I let him check out my broken vacuum and see what it would cost to fix it. I called back 2 days later and got a repair price that was $200.00 less than the purchase of the new vacuum would have been. I also got a one year warranty which is the same as the new one. I picked up my repaired vacuum and have to say that I am very happy with the way it works and the money I saved. Mary more

Never seen so many vacuums in one place. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and showed me all the differences about the vacuums I was interested in on this little island in the middle of the store. He made choosing the right vacuum a breeze. I thought I was going to be there for hours with that many vacuums, but he made it painless. Mary kay more

I don't usually post things but, I've been looking everywhere for parts for my old Kirby. These guys had everything I needed. I was really impressed by how helpful an knowledgeable the man behind the counter was. He took the time to figure out what it was I needed and was very nice.
