Mr. Tux to the Rescue! 10/10/2013

Over a month ago, the guys from the wedding party for our daughter's wedding went to Jos. A Banks to get fitted. We were to pick up the Tuxes the Tuesday before the wedding. We never saw the actual Tux and they were $198.00 each and they tried to charge the groom. Tuesday came and the Tuxes were a joke. My Tux (Father of the Bride) was so mis-fitted it was beyond belief. I have been buying clothes at JAB for over a decade with complete satisfaction, but this was so bad I demanded a refund.\r \r The next day we made an appointment with Mr. Tux in Lake Zurich and Wendy came to out rescue. It was 4pm with only 3 days to go. Wendy found a Gray Tux for the Groom and Black Tuxes for the rest of us, measured us, altered the garments and had them ready by 1pm Friday. It truly saved the day and saved everyone over $30 each.\r \r Thank you Wendy, you really saved the day. We all looked great!! more

EXCEPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE HUGE SELECTION 5/27/2008

What a great experience at Mr. Tux in Lake Zurich!\r Staff was great, fit was awesome and the prices were reasonable.\r I have told my friends getting married of this location for the tuxedos for thier weddings. Everyone I have sent is happy with the service, selection and fit. more

tux rental..good timing 9/14/2005

got the tux, fitted and pressed all ready for the big day. Prices were a bit higher than I would have liked, but they had the tux I wanted, and I guess you have to pay for what you want. I took it back and it wasn't all that dirty yet was charged an extra fee to clean it. I could have swore the light use would have been covered, but I guess I was wrong. I personally won't go back again...have to drive a bit farther next time. more
