Wonderful Service 9/11/2009

These guys are the best. Not only did I have quick turn around (same day service) but they even delivered the car to me at my home. I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT KIND OF SERVICE FROM A 'SHOP' EVER. Pros: Treated like royalty more

What a relief to find Mr. Transmission in Humble. 8/31/2009

As a wowan it can sometimes be a daunitiing task going in for car service. I never know if what I am getting is a good deal or not. I had numerous quotes for transmission service over a thousand dollars. I went to Mr. Transmission in Humble, they told me that it had been incorrectly diagnosed by the other shops. They fixed it for $120.00 and my car has been running great ever since. They have great customer service, do great work and my car was done quickly and for the quoted amount. Pros: Service, price and very friendly. more

Excellent Customer Service 8/27/2009

I have had multiple oil changes on my vehicles from Mr. Transmission in Humble. The customer service is always top notch. I also had a timing belt and pulley changed at the shop. They didn't have the pulley in stock but they were able to get the part quickly . They performed an oil change, got the part delivered from the parts store, and replaced my belt and pulley all in less than an hour. more

Good Price, Professional Quality 8/26/2009

I had plugs and a starter replaced. The time line given was adhered to with the price remaining within 10 dollars of the counter quote. My experience was basic and I like that, no surprises. With that in mind like I would with all shops continue to do your homework before you drop the car off! It prepares you better for the initial outcome! Pros: Multiple Services Cons: Small, tiny parking lot....minor! more

They did great work on my hot rod LS1 8/24/2009

I get odd looks when I bring my Heads and Cam SS Camaro to most shops they don't want to work on a modified car. Mr. Trans was happy to look at my car and find the best replacement exhaust and help track down a AC leak that two other shops could not fix. After speaking to the service tech about some my issues I was more that impressed with his knowledge. I also got several calls to let me know the status of my car while I was out of town on business! They fixed my SS Camaro and earned my trust to work on my Z06 Vett. Pros: They like to work on Mustangs, Camaros, and Vetts more

Big time products and services with a small town approach 8/24/2009

I highly recommend this shop! They provided me with service I have never before received when it comes to auto repair shops. They are honest and deliver when they say they will. Best of all, I love how they get to know their customers and provide personalized service...something you don't see much in any business these days. Pros: Communication, Pricing, Choice of Products, Honesty Cons: None. more

The Mr. Transmission In Humble is under new management. The people are very friendly and take pride in their shop. I took my car in for the 100K tune-up and they did a great job. more

Lots of Empty promises 7/6/2006

When you first call in the manager will sound like he's on top of everything. Will feed you alot of empty promises from the very beginning. Not very trustworthy in my book and I hope I NEVER have to deal with them again. My suggestion is to try a different location, I dont want to bad mouth Mr. Transmission as a whole. more
