I took my car here for awhile when I signed up for one of their service packages. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a good deal. I got all of my oil changes and other routine maintenance taken care of there and always experienced friendly service. I think the prices are reasonable and I didn't feel pressured into any extras! more

Craven Tire & Auto was perhaps one of the friendliest car-service dealers that I have dealt with in the past 5 years. They are very professional and courteous and seem to do their best to meet the customers needs/expectations. I went there one year ago to replace my tires for my 2001 VW Jetta and they were very helpful in making my tire selection. Not only were they helpful, they were quite fast at accomodating my needs. I called them in the morning, dropped the car off around noon, and picked it up a few hours later! Price-wise, they are quite competitive, and they tend to be on the inexpensive side. They may not have the cheapest deals, but with the quality of service that you get, it's worth going to them over some business that gives you a good deal but horrible customer service.
